The Castel de Très Girard is a place of authenticity imbued with its terroir. Today it is a luxurious inn with character, previously, however, the residence was a winery dating back to the XVII century - a building where grapes were stored, then pressed to extract the juice and produce the wine. The property was finally transformed into a hotel in the 1970s. In the 2000s, the beautiful Burgundian bourgeois residence regained a certain sparkle, combining a cosy charm with modern comfort .
